This project has 1.65-acres of built -upon area on 3.12-acres and is served by (3) small wet ponds. Pond A is located at the Western end of the project; while Pond B is located at the Eastern end of the project. These ponds appeared to be functioning properly and reasonably well maintained. Pond C is located near the Southern most portion of the development and is not maintained properly. Problems noted during the inspection were: small woody growth around the perimeter of the pond, significant erosion at the concrete gutter inlet, and the outlet structure appeared to be partially blocked with excess vegetation and sediment. The owner needs to make the necessary repairs and implement a routine inspection and maintenance plan for each of the stormwater measures. A signed O&M plan and PE certification are in the file.
