3. INSTALL ROADSIDE CULVERTS WITH INLET AND OUTLET PROTECTION,
4, CLEAR INHAT IS NECESSARY TO INSTALL THE SILT FENCING AND WET DETENTION BASIN WITH A FOREBAY
LOCATED ON THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE SITE. ONCE THE BASIN IS STABILIZED, INSTALL THE RIPRAP OUTLETS
BELOW THE BASIN ENTERING THE DITCH AND THE TEMPORARY DIVERSIONS TO DIRECT FLOW TO BASIN.
5. COMPLETE THE REMAINING SITE CLEARING TOPSOIL AND DEBRIS SHALL BE REMOVED DAILY TO A
NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (NCDENR) PERMITTED LOCATION.
6. INSTALL THE REMAINING SILT FENCING, CHECK DAMS, CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE, AND
ROUGH GRADE SITE PRIOR TO ONSET OF LAND DISTURBING (INCLUDING DEMO) ACTIVITIES. DISTURB ONLY WHAT IS
NECESSARY TO INSTALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES.
7. COMPLEIE GRADING AROUND FENCED AREA AND VEGETATE AND MULCH IMMEDIATELY_
8. STABILIZE ALL DISTURBED AREAS BY SEEDING AND/ OR MULCHING.
9. COMPLETE FINAL GRADING.
10. ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PROPERTIES WILL BE INSPECTED WEEKLY AND
AFTER EACH SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL EVENT, NEEDED REPAIRS WILL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY.
11. STABILIZE ALL DISTURBED AREAS APPROPRIATELY AND INSTALL PERMANENT VEGETATION AND GRASS —LINED CHANNEL.
IF THE CITE IS TO REMAIN WITHOUT THE PERMANENT SUBSTATION STONE COVER UNTIL SPRING, INSTALL A 25, WIDE
STONE SUFFER ALONG THE PERIMETER ON THE SUBSTATION SITE, AFTER SITE IS STABILIZED, REMOVE ANY SEDIMENT
FROM TFE FOREBAY AND BASIN, THE CHECK DAMS AND PERIMETER SILT FENCING ARE TO REMAIN UNTIL PERMANENT
VEGETATON IS ESTABLISHED.
12. ESTIMATED TIME BEFORE FINAL STABILIZATION - FIVE (5) MONTHS.
GRADING AND BACKFILL MATERIAL:
