I understand that the site has not been built yet and as such, the stormwater outfall(s) have not been identified yet. Is there an expected timeline for this? I cannot issue the permit without this information. Thank you! Very Respectfully, Michael Meloy Environmental Specialist I Stormwater Program, Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources N.C.
