The work will include clearing, stripping, erosion & sediment control, storm sewer construction, grading, and gravel installation. The stormwater control measure chosen to treat for water quality and detention was a sand filter. The sand filter has been designed to treat the first 1" of rainfall for water quality. It has also been designed to reduce the post development runoff for the 2-year and io-year storm events based on the NRCS method using a HydroCAD model.
