KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that WILLIAM F. TROUTMAN, SR. and
HILDA C. TROUTMAN, husband and wife, of Cabarrus County, North Carolina, herein called the
Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, convey and transfer unto
WILLIAM F. TROUTMAN, SR. and HILq4 C. TROUTMAN, Trustees, or their successors in trust under
the TROUTMAN LIVING TRUST dated and any amendments thereto, herein called
the Grantee, and unto Grantee's successors and assigns, all of that certain real property, with the
tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining, situated in
Cabarrus County, North Carolina, described as follows, to wit:

And being the same property acquired by Grantor by deed recorded in Book 467, Page
491, Cabarrus County Registry.
To Have and to Hold the same unto the Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns forever,
subject to Restrictive Covenants of Record, easements, rights of way of record, ad valorem taxes, and all
liens and records of encumbrance.

In construing this deed, and where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural and all
grammatical changes shall be implied to make the provisions hereof apply equally to corporations and to
individuals.
The liability and obligations of the Grantor to Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns under
the warranties and covenants contained herein or provided by law shall be limited to the extent of
coverage that would be available to Grantor under a standard policy of title insurance. The limitations
contained herein expressly do not relieve the Grantor of any liability or obligations under this instrument
but merely define the scope, nature, and amount of such liability or obligations.
[THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE
SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE
PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT
TO VERIFY APPROVED USES AND TO DETERMINE ANY LIMITS ON LAWSUITS AGAINST FARMING
OR FOREST PRACTICES AS DEFINED UNDER STATE LAW.]

William P,. Troutman. -.and runs thence with the eaid Wallace Road
N. 89-45-00 E. 75 feet,to a point in center of sa.td road a new
corner of Mack C. Kiker; thence.with the line of Mack C. Kiker S.
1-46-00 E. (passing an iron stake on line at 32.69 feet), 1154-68
feet to an iron stake; thence with the line of William F. Troutman
N. 85-49-00 w. 100.31 feet to an iron stake; thence with another
