Subject: Tim Furr Commercial Building
Tim Furr Commercial Building is located in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. There are three
proposed buildings and the impervious percentage is 16.8%. We will be utilizing grass lined
ditches to transport stormwater.
An erosion control plan was approved on October 28, 2019 that showed 4 buildings. We have
revised the plan to 3 buildings and will send revised plans to the Mooresville office once the
stormwater permit is approved.
The property is not within a water supply watershed. The receiving stream is Rocky River
(stream class C — index number 13-17). It lies within zone "X" according to FEMA map
3710557OoK and 37105567ooL both effective November 16, 2018.
We are requesting a permit for low density.
