I've reviewed the file and, yes, there have been ownership changes. The original permit was issued September 2000 in
the name of Furniture Fair, Inc. It was then modified December 2000 with a new owner of Gulfstream Foods of NC, Inc.
The last modification just took place July 2012 with a new owner of Carmar Park Associations — copy of this latest permit
is attached as requested.
