Dear Mr. Farkas,
On behalf of the Pine Gate Renewables, LLC, we are pleased to submit the requested additional
information for your review and approval. The comments identified in the letter from your
office dated July 0, 2020 and the associated responses (in blue) are listed below.
1. The Applicant listed in Part D1, Jeff Huntley, is not the same person as the Applicant that has
signed the Application in Part G, Ben Catt. The person listed in these two parts of the
Application must be the same person and have signatory authority for the Financially
Responsible Party, Pine Gate Renewables, LLC.
As requested, applicant has been updated to match in both locations on application.
2. The provided lease agreement (Per Part D3) is between the Property Owner, Donna Faulkner,
and "Sunlight Partners, LLC". Please provide official documentation showing that this lease
is also valid for the Applicant, Pine Gate Renewables, LLC (via a subsidiary, previous name,
etc...), or provide a revised lease agreement.
As requested, documentation showing lease agreement is valid for Pine Gate Renewables,
LLC is included with this submittal. An amended lease agreement is included which shows
Pine Gate Renewables, LLC as having ownership of Cash Solar, LLC on page 8.

3. The Property Owner is listed in Part D4 as "Donna Faulkner & Debra Craft". Ms. Faulkner's
name appears on the provided property deed, but Ms. Craft's does not. Please either provide
a relevant property deed showing Ms. Craft's name and include her signature in Part I or
remove her name from this part of the Application.
As requested, Debra Craft's name has been removed from the application.
4. Please provide the receiving water information for this project (Part E4). Only the immediate
receiving waters need to be included. Stream name, classification, and index number can be
found at the following link:

As requested, receiving water information has been added to the application.
5. Please ensure that there are no surface water areas included in the Total Project Area (Part
E5). Surface water areas that are between the banks of rivers & streams and below the
normal high water line of impoundments or other standing water.
No surface water areas are included in the Total Project Area.
6. The project density is not calculated correctly (Part E5). Per the Application, since this
project has existing development, the project density is the New BUA (85,378 sf) divided by
the difference of the Total Project Area (1,738,044 sf) and the Existing BUA (9,147 sf).
(85,378/(1,738,044 - 9,147)).
Project density has been re -calculated according to the given directions.
7. Please provide an additional original signed hard copy of the Application (Part F1). Only 1
original Application was provided, the other was a photocopy.
As requested, two original signed copies of the application are included with this submittal.
8. Please provide 2 original signed hard copies of the plans (Part F5). The signatures on the
provided plan sets are not original, they appear to be photocopies.

9. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 or 2 hardcopies of
other documents. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at:

As requested, PDFs of all revisions, as well as two (2) hard copies of revised plans and other
documents have been included with this submittal. PDF's have been uploaded as well.
10. Optional: There appears to be a typo in the stormwater treatment summary in Part E2. The
word "concentration" is misspelt. As noted, addressing this comment is optional as it has no
bearing on the correctness of the Application.

The spelling of the word "concentration" in part E2 of the application has been corrected.
