This letter is to address future development of this project. Please refer to the construction sequence on
SITE 300 for an in-depth description of the steps we propose to take in construction of this project.

We do not plan on further expansion of this property at this time for the following reasons:

 Land upstream of the biotention area has been built out to the maximum allowed impervious
area.
 Other areas are not developable due to stream buffers.
