FURTHERMORE, CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGER PHOTOGRAPH OF PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS AND POST -CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS AS NOTED ON PLANS. 13. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DURING CONSTRUCTION TO INSURE NO DAMAGE TO ADJACENT PROPERTIES OCCURS DURING STORM EVENTS. 14, CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE ALL VISIBLE OR REASONABLY IDENTIFIABLE MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT, ETC. FROM THE SITE IF NOT NEEDED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION. 15. THE LOCATION OF ALL UTILITIES SHOWN ON THE PLANS HAVE BEEN DETERMINED FROM AVAILABLE INFORMATION AND ARE GIVEN FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE CONTRACTOR.
