Todd Fisher , as a duly registered Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina, having been,authorized to observe periodically the construction of the project, Northeast District Park, Chatham County, North Carolina (Project) for Chatham County (Project Owner) hereby state that, to the best of my abilities, due care and diligence was used in the observation of the project construction such that the construction was observed to be built within substantial compliance and intent of the approved plans and specifications. The checklist on Page 2 of this form is included in the Certification. Noted deviations from approved plans and specification; 1.
