New Office and Laboratory Project Cleveland County Dear Mr. Foley: The Division of Water Quality Central Office received a Stormwater Management Permit Application for the subject project on April 13, 2011. A preliminary review of that information has determined that the application is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review:' 1. Please make sure to include Part III: Required Items Checklist of the Bioretention Supplement Form. Items missing include a recoroeo drainage easement and public right of way as well as boundaries of the drainage easement'. 2. The details on the plans indicate a mulch layer but the cell grassed. Please revise this detail to indicate a grass cell. 3. Please provide a clear and detailed construction sequence. This is needed since one of the bioretention cells is located where the old facility is located. Typically the BMPs must be complete in order for the building to be occupied. 4. Please delineated wetlands onsite or include a note that none exist. Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review. The requested information should be received by this Office prior to May 13, 2011, or the application will be returned as incomplete.
