Yes. We permitted that site since it is private land, private money and not in Canton's town limits or ETJ. The PIN# is
8658-92-6834. 1 think the whole parcel is about 32 acres, and they are planning to disturb 13.34 acres. We have a
$35,000 cash bond on the site... and they had one of the best EC plans I've ever seen... be glad to show you sometime.

This site is located at 171 Great Oak Drive; Canton and the project is proposing a disturbed area of 13.34 acres. Since it
is in Canton, wouldn't this be our project for E&SCP? I don't recall seeing this come through, but it should in the near
future?

We just received the state stormwater permit package for the subject facility and I had a couple of questions about
processing so here goes:
Does RCO or the regional office input facility in RIMS? We looked but didn't see this one in BIMS yet.
Did the Phase II Post -Construction regulations trigger this permit?
