We permitted that site since it is private land, private money and not in Canton's town limits or ETJ. The PIN# is 8658-92-6834. 1 think the whole parcel is about 32 acres, and they are planning to disturb 13.34 acres. We have a $35,000 cash bond on the site... and they had one of the best EC plans I've ever seen... be glad to show you sometime. Let me know if you need any other information on this one.
