H. Weatherspoon. This submission is made in accordance with Part Ili, Section E of our NPDES Stormwater Permit No. NCS000589. SW-2 is in Tier I status due to 12/14/2018 TSS sampling result being above the benchmark value. Therefore, we are required to conduct monthly -monitoring at this outfall until three consecutive sample results are below the benchmark values or within benchmark range. Neither SW-1, SW-2, or SW-3 had a discharge in January 2019. The attached table list each day during the month that had rainfall. It also explains why sampling was not performed on those days.
