We've received NOls for two existing facilities in your region:
NCG03 — Enforge LLC in Stanly County. The site discharges stormwater to an unnamed tributary to Rock Creek (Class C).
The NOI is attached.
NCG05 —Wilbert Plastic Services in Gaston County. The site discharges stormwater at two points to an unnamed
tributary to South Fork Catawba River (Class WS-V). This section of South Fork Catawba River is impaired for aquatic life
and turbidity. The NOI is attached.

Please let me know if the Mooresville Regional Office has any concerns about issuing a COC for a general for either of
these facilities. Please also let me know of any potential impacts to wetlands. If we don't receive any objections, we'll
tissue the COCs in 30 days.

B. Facility Description:
The facility is located south of Highway 24/27 in Albemarle, North Carolina on an
approximately 12-acre tract in an industrial park. The building is approximately 150,000
square feet under roof (see the site map) and is served by the City of Albemarle Water
and Sewer.
The Facility coordinate location is:
Latitude: 35 degrees 20 minutes 27 seconds North
Longitude: 80 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds West
Rainfall runoff travels via overland flow across parking and drive areas to swales and
ditches that take the water to the North and to the West about 1000 feet before entering a
culvert under Highway 24 and the city storm -water sewer. Surface storm water flows
over land into the Rock Creek.
Enforge, LLC forges mild steel into automotive suspension parts using both cold and
warm forging techniques and also forms stainless steel exhaust tubes. Once the steel is
forged or formed it may also be machined, drilled, bored, welded, chamfered, or
otherwise finished before being used in the assembly of automotive suspension
components and exhaust systems.
