1316; said stake being a property corner of U. G. Johnson and Calvin Davis; thence
North 3 degrees 06 minutes East 1,764.23 feet; thence South 86 degrees 54 minutes
East 743,08 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 29 degrees 10 minutes East 79.25 feet
to exist driveway-; thence with exist driveway South 3 degrees 11 minutes East 213.07
feet; thence South 12 degrees 40 minutes East 460.30 feet; thence South 15 degrees
28 minutes East 493.85 feet to center line of State Road Number 1316; thence with the
center -line of State Road Number 1316 North 39,degrees 23 minutes East 178.49 feet;
thence North 40 degrees 12 minutes East 100.00; thence North 42 degrees 58 minutes
East 100.00,feet; thence South 5 degrees 54.minutes West 995.34 feet- to a stone,
Harold Andrews corner; thence North 81 degrees 31 minutes West 1274.10 feet to the
point of BEGINNING, and containing 48.75 ACRES, more or less.
M. M. Teague died intestate during the year 1964 leaving as his heirs;
his widow, Fleet Barber Teague, two daughters, Sallie Teague Milholen, and Barber
Teague Webster::
The above tract is a division of the property deeded from James F. Teague, to
M. M. Teague, Sr., March 24, 1903; from M. M. Teague, Sr., to M.-M. Teague, Jr.;
Sallie C. Teague and Barber Lynn Teague October 4, 1947.
