The stormwater samples were collected on 8/19/2019 for the permitted outfalls and represent the quarterly sample as specified in the requirements set forth by NCDEQ for HMTC. The results reflect HMTC to be outside the benchmark value for the following: • Copper and Zinc at SDO 93 • Copper at SDO 45 Additional attachments include the Laboratory Analytical Report, Chain -of -Custody, Rainfall Record, and Qualitative Monitoring Report.
