Attached is a copy of the Approval Letter (with condition) for the Pam McLean Minor Subdivision Sediment and Erosion
Control Plan and Flood Study from Environmental Services Watershed Management. Please provide Wake County
Environmental Services with four (4) full-size plan sets for signature prior to the preconstruction meeting. Please let me
know if you have any questions or need further information (contact info below).
Effective April 1, 2019, prior to the preconstruction meeting with the county, the applicant must obtain from NCDEQ-
DEMLR the NCG-010000 NPDES Construction Stormwater General Permit coverage by completing an electronic Notice
of Intent (NOI). The online NOI submittal must include the completed and notarized Financial Responsibility/Ownership
