Ms. Bethany Georgoulias,
Oldcastle Lawn & Garden shut down the mining operation in September 2018 due to a train derailment
on the property during a hurricane. This pertains to permit numbers NCG020260 and NCG020259.
Oldcastle sold the property to Hedrick in 2019 and transferred the permits in early 2020. If additional
information is required, please let me know.
