The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan was reviewed and appeared to contain the required components. The site map needs to be modified to contain the required information as described in General Permit NCG020000. Since the permit was renewed on October 1, 2015, Analytical and Qualitative Monitoring records were reviewed for the previous permit cycle. It was noted that both types of monitoring were being conducted once per year instead of biannually as required by General Permit NCG020000. No stormwater discharge exceedances were observed of the benchmark values, The Annual Summary Discharge Monitoring Reports(DMR's)are required to be submitted annually to the Central Office. Outfall #2 and Outfall #4 were inspected. Outfall #3 has been eliminated. Outfall#2 appeared in good condition. There were bare slopes above Outfall #4 which will need stabilization with permanent groundcover.
