The site is being developed as a single-family residential development. The site is divided into two drainage areas. Each drain to a wetland area on the east and west sides of the site. The site meets the qualifications of a low density development. The average density for the development is 0.66 units/acre compared to the maximum of 2 units/acre to satisfy the requirements set forth by NCDEQ. The roadways utilize roadway ditches to convey the stormwater to the outlets. The outlets have been designed to outlet the stormwater to the wetlands at a velocity less than 2fps.
