It was great talking through this issue with you yesterday.

I have attached information showing all the permits I have that were paid in 2018 including the confirmation email
containing the transaction number.

As of today all the invoices for 2019 have been paid.

Hello Annette,
I wanted to bring this to your attention.

I have received several Industrial SW annual fee invoices, which I paid today. All of these are showing last year’s invoice
as overdue. I have records of the payments I will be glad to provide. This seems to be a more system wide error and not
just a permit specific error.

Can you let me know how you want to remedy this overdue error?

Also, I am not getting the normal fee payment confirmation email that we received last year that shows a
confirmation/summary for the payment. This may cause a problem if the all the 2019 payments are not credited to the
appropriate accounts like the 2018 payments. I have attached an example of the 2018 and 2019 confirmations.
