Below in red are our responses to the 1st round of review comments received for the above referenced project.
Stormwater Program (Corey Anen)
Comment 1: The coversheet (Sheet C00.00) lists the existing and proposed impervious coverage as 14.2 acres and
0.77 acres, respectively. This is inconsistent with the proposed design. Please revise this note.
Response: Please find the revised cover sheet with updated stormwater data. In addition, a pre -
development land use map (C00.01 B) has been provided to clearly indicate existing impervious. Likewise, the
post -development land use map (C00.01 A) has been revised to show total site BUA. Application and
supplemental form have been revised to reflect these BUA values accordingly.
Comment 2:
The Overall Site Plan (Sheet C00.01) shows two future additions; however, no future BUA was listed
in the application.
Was this BUA accounted for when designing the wet ponds?
Response:
Please find the revised application and supplemental forms with future BUA. As mentioned
above, Land Use Maps for pre- and post- development conditions have been revised to indicate future BUA.
Comment 3:
The existing baseball fields are labelled as offsite but are included in the project area. Offsite areas
should only include those outside of the project area.
Response:
This label has been removed. Any reference to "offsite" area on plans or applications have been
revised to 0.
Comment 4: The third sheet of the Supplemental EZ, which includes the design information, was not submitted
with the application. Please complete and submit a signed and sealed Supplement EZ form with this information.
Response: A revised supplemental EZ form has been provided with the 3,d sheet.
Comment S: Please add a note to the wet pond detail sheet (Sheet C07.08) showing the proposed diameters of
the wet pond orifices. There is a note that says "Drill opening in end Cap. Diameter. Q.' However, in the pond schedule
Q refers to the elevation of the orifice.

Response: The description in the pond schedule has been revised to "primary spillway orifice diameter"
and diameters (in) have been input instead of elevations. The elevation of the spillway orifice is referenced in the
pond schedule as item B.
Comment 6: Please submit a planting plan for the wet ponds that meets the requirements of Wet Pond MDC 11.
Response: Site landscape sheets C06.01 have been included with this submittal. Planting schedule can be
found in the notes section on all landscape sheets. Additionally, C07.05 has been included for landscape details
and seeding notes.
Comment7. Providepdfs ofall revisions, 2 hardcopies ofrevisedplan sheets, and I hardcopy of other documents.

Response: With this submittal you will find 2 hard copy plan sets and 1 hardcopy of other documents. All
