Methods used: Visual Examination I certify that in my professional judgment, the discharge from the site consists only of storm water. This certification is based on review of site plans and engineering drawings and observation of storm water conveyances and outfalls under dry conditions. I further certify that all potential sources of non-stormwater at the site, a description of the results of any test and/or evaluation for the presence of non-stormwater discharges, the evaluation criteria or testing method used, the date of any testing and/or evaluation, and the on -site drainage points that were directly observed during the test have been described in detail in the stormwater pollution prevention plan prepared for the site. I further certify that no interior building floor drains exist which are connected to any storm drainage system or which may otherwise direct interior floor drainage to exterior surfaces, unless such floor drain connection has been approved and permitted by the commissioner.
