Also, is there a worksheet for figuring the Total Flow somewhere or if we just have a rain gauge and write how much rain is caught in it is that enough? Does the MG stand for milligrams? I know everywhere else on the form mg is lowercase but for total flow it is uppercase, so I didn't know if that stood for something else Thanks for the help, -David Mike Mickey NC DENR Winston-Salem Regional Office Division of water Quality, Water Quality Section 585 Waughtown Street - Winston -Salem, NC 27107 Main Office (336) 771-5000 Voice (336) 771-4962 I of 2 2/29/2008 2 43 PM Holtday.Fours Subject Holiday Tours From Mike Mickey <Mike Mickey a ncmail nets Date Mon, 24 Mar 2008 11 43 53 -0400 To co 11 insp etro @yahoo corn CC davidm@trustholiday corn Mike - This is just to follow-up on our conversation today concerning the new tanks for Holiday Tours at 10367 Randleman Road As you are aware, this facility holds State Stormwater Permit # NCGO80231 and was last inspected on 2-26-08 It is our office's understanding that two 20 000 gallon above ground diesel tanks are to be installed by Collins Petroleum & Electrical, Inc Part II Section A(2)(b) of the Stormwater Permit addresses the bulk storage of liquid materials The double -walled tank feature of your installation satisfies the secondary containment requirement in the permit In addition, the tanks will have overfill alarms Good luck with the installation Mike Mike Mickey NC DENR Winston-Salem Regional Office Division of Water Quality, water Quality Section 585 waughtown Street Winston-Salem, NC 27107 Main Office (336) 771-5000 Voice (336) 771-4962 FAX (336) 771-4630 I of l 3/24/2008 11 44 AM otOF W AT _ -i 4 Y DAVID R BROWN CAROLINA TRAVEL MANAGEMENT IN 10367 RANDLEMAN ROAD RANDLEMAN NC 27317 Dear Perm ittee Michael F Easley Governor William G Ross Jr Secretary North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources Alan W Klimek P E Director Division of Water Quality August 2' 2002 Subject NPDES Stormw iter Pei mit Renewal Carolina Travel Management In COC Number NCG080231 R mdolph County In response to your renewal application for continued coverage under general permit NCG080000 the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) is forwarding herewith the reissued stormwater general permit This permit is reissued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143 215 1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between the state of North Carolina and the U S Environmental Protection Agency, dated Decembe r 6 1983 The following information is included with your permit package A new Certificate of Coverage A copy of General Stormwater Permit NCG080000 A copy of a Technical Bulletin for the general permit Your coverage under this general permit is not transferable except after notice to DWQ The Division may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the Certificate of Coverage This permit does not affect the legal requirements to obtain other permits which may be required by DENR or relieve the permittee from responsibility for compliance with any other applicable federal state or local law rule, standard, ordinance order judgment or decree If you have any questions regarding this permit package please contact Delonda Alexander of the Central Office Stormwater and General Permits Unit at (919) 733 5083 ext 584 Sincerely Bradley Bennett Supervisor Stormwater and General Permits Unit cc Central Files Stormwater & General Permits Unit Files Winston-Salem Regional Office ®3A NCDERR N C Division of Water Quality 1617 Mail Service Center Raleigh NC 27699 1617 (919) 733 7015 Customer Service 1 800 623 7748 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES DIVISION OF WATER QUALITY GENERAL PERMIT NO NCG080000 CERTIFICATE OF COVERAGE No NCGO80231 STORMWATER DISCHARGES NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM In comphantL with (hL provision of North Carolina Gentral Stalutt 143-215 I, other lawful standards and regulation% promulgatLd and adopted by thL North Carolina Env irontntntal M inagement Commission, and the Federal Watf,r Pollution Control Act as amended CAROLINA TRAVEL MANAGEMENT IN is hLrehy authorized to discharge StorrnwalLr from a fawlity IoL sled at CAROLINA TRAVEL MANAGEMEN F IN 10367 RANDLEMAN RD RANDLEMAN RANDOLPH COUNTY to receiving waters destgnatLd as a U F to the Deep Rtvcr a class C stream, in IN, Cape Fear Rives Basin in accordance, with the, effluent limitations, monitoring requirentLnlS and other conditions set forth in Part,, 1 11 111 IV, V, and VI of Gtntral PLrmit No NCGO80000 as attached This LLrtificatL of covt.rage shall bLLomL effectiv,- S1-PtLmhtr 1 2002 I his CLrt1f1(.a1e of Coverage Shall minain in efteu for the duration of the.
