Forsyth County, NC RECEIVED N.C. Deaf. of ENR FEB, 17 2011 Winston-Salem Regional Office Please find the semi-annual stormwater monitoring report for the subject facility. Compliance is demonstrated with the subject permit for all parameters monitored during the reporting period. We apologize that this data is submitted later than 30 days from the sampling date, as required by the permit. The facility has sent one original and one copy by certified mail to the central files in Raleigh to comply with the permit. Also, after review of the permit, it was discovered that this facility is not subject to the Total Toxic Organics (TTO) sampling because no activities defined in 40 CFR Part 433 occur at this battery manufacturing plant. Future semi-annual monitoring reports will not include any TTO sampling or analysis because it is not required by the permit. Should you need further information, please contact me at (616)438-3975.
