Met with Mike Swanson, EH&S Manager who provided the facility's current Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) and Qualitative Monitoring records for review. Facility's SPPP appeared to contain all permit -required components as well as associated documentation regarding facility inspections, annual non-stormwater certification, employee training, etc. Monitoring records for the facility's single stormwater discharge outfall from the current and previous permit cycles have been properly documented. After the records review, a plant tour was provided and then observations were made of the facility's outside storage areas, storm drains, retention pond and outfall. At the time of inspection, facility appeared to be very well operated and maintained.
