Jim, I need some direction from you on how to proceed with this project submittal. I have sent a couple of previous emails in attempt to set up a phone call or discussion about what formats will work best for you.This is a unique submittal for me in that the original was submitted and approval provided to another engineer.The overall project limits have not changed, but the internal parcels have changed many times. Other engineers have submitted projects or other outparcels have been constructed without updating the permit with new plans. I do not have the benefit of having the plans form most of the outparcel projects. I have been able to obtain site plans for most, and aerial photography for others which has allowed me to patchwork together a drawing showing everything that has been built to date. I was able to calculate built upon areas for each outparcels as constructed as well.The overall project is well below the allotted BUA that was originally permitted all within the same overall drainage area. 1 What I can't provide are plans for each project. I can give as-built surveys of storm outfalls. What is the best and clearest way to submit this for your use? I'd love to discuss with you if at all possible. I need some direction and/or clarification on how to handle the drawings to be submitted. I have compiled all of the outparcel information (designation, area, impervious allotment, impervious area existing, etc.)which has changed multiple times since the original development first began. But I do not have engineering drawings for each outparcel and only have pdf versions of some of the site layouts. Can we talk some time next week to help me figure this out? Jim, 3 My intent with this was to simply get the renewal for the original permit, knowing there are revisions that need to follow shortly thereafter. We were not the engineer of the original permit set.There is much more to the modification than I was aware based on the list you provided below. First, is it possible to simply renew the original permit based on what was already submitted to be able to get the site in "temporary" compliance while we work on submitting the modifications for the outparcels? Second, if that is not possible, I may need a little more time to get all of this information together to submit for the modification. I am working to gather what we need, but it is taking longer than expected. Based on the provided information, you will also need to modify the permit to bring it into compliance.
