Robert,
In going through the modification to SWU-101, it looks like I only need to submit the following, is this correct?:
1) Original & 1 copy of Stormwater Application Form
2) Original & Copy of Deed restrictions & protective covenants form (due to changes in impervious areas)
3) Revised Supplement Form
4) $505 fee
Looks like there will be no changes to the pond (other than impervious area draining to it has been increased). All design
elevations (ie, perm pool, temp. pool, outlet elevations, etc are remaining as originally designed). I'll also include a
revised site plan showing the new site layout/impervious areas.
