Staff review of the plans and specifica?ons has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regula?ons set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 - 1062 rules. We are forwarding ATC Permit No. SWA000220, dated August 25, 2023, for the construc?on of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effec?ve from the date of issuance and shall be subject to the condi?ons and limita?ons as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permits that may be required. Information in D1 stayed the same and the developer boxed has been checked. Since the property owner is different than the applicant (Stancil Builders, Inc. and Stancil Estate, et al.), you will need to reflect this on the form. Even if they are represented by the same people, since they are different entities, this is needed.  Part D4 – Please provide the names and contact information for each property owner (you may either attach additional pages as needed, modify the form, or squeeze the information onto the provided lines). While not required for administra?ve completeness, the following items were noted during review:  The cul-de-sac of Road H may be located within the vegetated setback for the nearby surface water (it is unclear at this scale if it is within or outside of the setback since it is very close to the edge of the setback).
