Enclosed in this submittal package, you will find documentation supporting a major modification
to existing permit SW1170501 for additional Built Upon Area. The original permit for this site
was issued May 23, 2017 by Michael Randall/Tracy Davis to BME Holdings (note: this appears
to be a typo,the responsible entity should be BMP Holdings) based on the Fast Track
Authorization to Construct Application and supporting documentation submitted by Travis
Maxwell, PE. A minor modification was submitted for PH2 of this project in November of 2018,
which reduced and revised the configuration of the BUA for that phase.
The proposed Phase 3 adds additional BUA in two areas of the property (overall unit count is
reduced from the original 97 to current 95) as depicted in the supporting documentation included
with this package. The resulting BUA still keeps the site below the threshold between low/high
density (9.3%BUA, 1.9 units/ac) and the proposed BUA and stormwater drainage have been
designed in accordance with the low-density elements specified in the existing permit.
