Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: - Please provide a source for the storm intensity (i) values used in the calculations. NOTE: 15A NCAC 02H .1003(2)(c)(ii) only requires the vegetated conveyances to be stable during the 10-year design storm. NOTE: If using a time of concentration longer than 5 minutes, please provide the time of concentration calculations. - Please revise the Project Data (in the stormwater narrative) to reflect the other submittal items. For example, the property area does not correspond to the information in the Application, the proposed/total BUA does not correspond to the information in the Application, and the disturbed area does not correspond to the information in the Application. Please revise as needed. - Please include the stream classification “NSW” for Motes Creek in Section IV, 10 of the Application. - Please correct the following issues with the Supplement-EZ Form: o Cover Page:  Line 2 – Please use the project area (30.61 ac) instead of the property area (31.09 ac) for this item. o Drainage Area Page:  Line 12, Roadway – Please include the non-subdivided BUA allocated to “roadway” on this line. The items of Line 12 should add up to Line 10 (Line 12 is a breakdown of Line 10 by BUA type).  Please complete the LD 1 Column (for this project, it will be identical to the Entire Site Column). o Low-Density Page:  Line 11 – This item indicates if the curb outlet swales were designed in accordance with 15A NCAC 02H .1062 (Since curb outlet swales are not proposed, this item is most likely “N/a”).  Swales 3 & 4 – The design information for temporary swales does not need to be provided in this table. - Please provide a full sized hard copy of the following plan sheets (a full sized and half sized copy of these plan sheets were originally provided and we require 2x full sized hard copies): o C-1.0 – Cover Sheet o C-1.1 – Legend & Notes o C-1.5 – Plan & Profile Please provide the following: - 1x hard & 1x electronic copy of the revised pages of the calculations/stormwater narrative. - 1x hard & 1x electronic copy of the revised page of the Application. - 1x hard & 1x electronic copy of the revised page of the Supplement-EZ Form. - 1x hard copy of the plan sheets noted above. - 1x hard copy (2x hard copies for plan sheets) & 1x electronic copy of anything else needed to address the above comments. Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address: 1 For FedEx/UPS: Jim Farkas 512 N. Salisbury Street, Office 640M Raleigh, NC 27604 For USPS: Jim Farkas 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1612 Hand Delivery: Please reach out to me prior to hand delivering a submission to make sure that I (or someone else in my group) will be able to receive the submission. Do not leave the package in the foyer with the security guard. NOTE: Hard copies should not be sent to a Regional Office. Doing so will delay the review process and the submission package may be lost while being sent from the Regional Office to me in the Central Office. Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal review. Let me know if you have any questions.
