Dear Mr. Farkas:
Per your request for additional information, we have made the requested changes and included the
requested material in this package. The following is a response to each of your concerns:
1} Vegetated svvaleshave been utilized within this development. Due tuthe size ofthe drainage
areas, NCDOT required storm inlets and additional piping to provide for better long-term
maintenance, less erosion, and shallower flows. Since the piping isinexcess ofwhat istypically
considered incidental piping, we have added curb outlet systems at each of the storm discharge
locations. As discussed on our call, the combination of the vegetated swales and the curb outlet
systems should provide for equal or better -quality runoff than if the site had only incidental
storm piping.
2\ The table in Section IV, 10 of the application has been revised to remove off -site drainage area
and BUA. The revised Application is attached.
3) The Supplement-EZ Form and the O&M Agreement From have been executed are attached.
4) The executed Deed Restrictions are attached. These restrictions have been added tothe HOA
Covenants and Restrictions which shall apply to all lots within the development.
5) The Time of Concentration calculations and rainfall intensity data are attached.
6) On -site surface waters have been identified on the attached plan sheets.
7\ AnInitial Conditions Map has been added tothe plan set and isattached.
8\ The vegetated conveyance detail has been revised on each plan sheet to indicate the 3:1 side
slopes and type ofvegetation. Details for the curb outlet systems have also been added toPlan
Sheet1.

9) Astream/wetland noapis attached. Itwas performed bvPilot Environmental, Inc. project
number5678.
10) The drainage area to each of the swales has been added to Plan Sheet 6.
11) The required vegetated setbacks have been indicated on all of the plan sheets.
12)PDFoofall revisions have been uploaded. Two hard copies ufthe revised plans are attached and
one copy ofall other documents (sincluded.
