What you are describing sounds like a minor modification. There’s a form to fill out on the
website https://deq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-resources/energy-mineral-land-rules/stormwater-
program/post-construction, complete it and submit for review.

Jim,

See the attached revision. We had to shift a road stub along the adjoining property line due to an existing access
easement that couldn’t be relocated. The revision is no change to the overall storm water. The lot count didn’t change.
It was only a shift in the street connection location. Do you need hardcopies of the revision?

4D has implemented a Corona Virus Policy that will remain in effect until the threat of the virus has been
eliminated. All face to face meetings are cancelled and will only be scheduled if a phone call cannot accomplish the
