Please resubmit a hard copy of the correct, signed deed restriction. - I checked everywhere in my office, we do not have the updated permit application. Please resubmit a hard copy of the signature portion of the application. I also need an extra copy of this. - A Supplemental-EZ with the following changes: o Diameter of the orifice is shown as 4" (Should be 3"). o Drawdown time is shown as 57 hrs (Should be 61.8 hrs). o Elevation of the bottom of permanent pool is shown as 140.0' (Should be 140.5') - An extra hard -copy of the updated plan sheets. - The revised plan sheets didn't upload properly to Laserfiche (See attached). It looks like only the center of the sheets made it. Please upload the full sheets. If you can get me this information by September 3rd or 4t", I should be able to get the permit out by the end of next week as previously discussed over the phone.
